Owners programme
From revenue share solutions, to guaranteed revenue streams, owners get access to an undefined number of different programmes allowing the charter operators to increase its offering. Usually these programmes are driven by fiscal aspects as well as intangible and emotional aspects that allow private individuals to subscribe to these programmes. However in return, the yacht owners often book a number of weeks, which in turn decreases the revenue potential for the charter operators. In addition, local authorities in general are less and less open to the fiscal aspects of such transactions.

Classic finance lease or credit solutions
Special local tax legislation has allowed financial institutions in some countries (France and Italy), to offer the market attractive financial solutions. These solutions are promoted by the charter operators. Although these options provide opportunities for charter operators to source new operating units, there is still a lack of freedom of usage and operating obstacles that reduce the turnover potential of these units.
