The Paris Boat Show, un-avoidable meeting for the charter
professionnals, has left a huge success for Sealease products and
services. More than 20 units have been ordered by the charter
professionnals to Sealease. Mainly driven by the the major players
of the market, Sealease has also been requested to fund units for

Sealease orders two brand new hybrid passenger boats with the
French/Chinese manufacturer ODC. The units are the first passenger
boats with a capacity of 100 PAX using high performing
electric-powered engines, coupled with classical diesel engines.
They will be operated in Corsica by ViaMare (www.viamare.com) where the
delivery is foreseen during Q2 of 2012 where tourists will discover
the "parc de la Scandola" without exhaust or noise.

On April 19th 2011, the Turkish holding YILDIRIM GROUP
entered the SEALEASE capital, providing financial strength and
management expertise.
YILDIRIM Group, a Turkish-based family owned conglomerate,
announced the acquisition of 75,11% of the Belgian Company SEALEASE
S.A., a leasing company providing unique financial solutions
dedicated to the professionals of the marine industry. The other
24,89% stake remains in the hands of the management of the Company
E-SEA SA. For YILDIRIM, this acquisition is the second investment
in the shipping and vessels operation business in Europe since
November 2010, after the injection of US$ 500 million into the
French container liner giant CMA-CGM, which provided them a 20%
share in the company.
